Teaching Diary - Aural training

Besides the technique and posture, aural training is another "main course" in an instrumental lesson. Good sense of pitches can accelerate the progress in daily practice. It helps students to memorise a piece and recognise wrong notes easily.

One day, I tried to ask this little girl to close her eyes and listen to the notes. She can play them all! Very impressive. I kept upgrading the level and she can still make it!
